"The University may judge a person's sexual activity as inappropriate by University standards and may take action with regard to the individual(s) that may range from counseling to dismissal. Misuse of God's gift will be understood to include but not be limited to sexual abuse, sexual harassment, sexual assault, incest, adultery, fornication, heterosexual misconduct, homosexual behavior, and possession of pornographic materials. In addition, possession of paraphernalia used for involvement in sexual immorality is prohibited."
