when you aren't on the SF forums, what website(s) are you on?

The one at my university, google, but I have to say, this is where I spend most of my on line time. I just cannot bring myself to do MySpace- feel too vulnerable to be there......

Well mostly SF, but daily peeks into CNN.com and ESPN.com, oh and all my work-related sites - www.insurance.ca.gov for the most part. And occasionally Arabian Horse Assocation and related horsie sites as well as local birding spot web sites.

But other than having to do some surfing for work, I don't get to spend TOO much time on the computer! :)

NYTimes.com; 365gay.com; HuffingtonPost.com; Truthdig.com; Google; BBC

I do a fair amount of library research (Library of Congress- you can have just about any book copied) as well as book collecting via abebooks.com.

I spend much time reading the site of our adversaries. It is helpful in trying to learn about them and what they think. It can be disturbing at times.

I also like "you tube", think it is a great time killer.

Google News is a nice place to start surfing.

I read Peterson Toscano's (http://a_musing.blogspot.com/) blog just about everytime he posts something new. I love his "Marvin" series.

Another great site for learning about what is happening would be ex-gay watch (http://www.exgaywatch.com/blog/)

and of course I spend a bunch of time writing my on blog (http://joebrummer.com/WordPress) about nonviolence and stopping hate speech.

All over the place--lately doing a lot of research through the Northwestern Libraries electronic resources. I feel so fortunate that I have access to all of the online journals and ebooks. Making the most of Google as well.

Beyond that, I've been playing with Google Sketch-Up a lot, and watching my Netflix flicks.

And sleeping........OY! Chicago got tossed into Fall this week, and with the cooler weather, I feel like an animal getting ready for 9 months of hibernation!!!

So that's where you are!

I'm usually on something from google (including gmail), yahoo mail, a bearded dragon website, wikihow (http://www.wikihow.com/Main-Page) or some other do-it-herself website... I'm all over the net.

Oh! And myspace, too...

myspace ..... for those who hate it, you'd be surprised it's not nearly as annoying as I thought it would be... you get addicted easily. But it's a lot of fun!

Then hotmail... spend a lot of time just checking e-mail...

Google of course.

and other than that it's pretty random... usually those sites keep me pretty busy:)

Facebook, my university website, my yahoo, wikipedia, and an awful lot of time on WebCT for my coursework. Oh, and Yahoo!Games (Puzzle) to unwind from all that coursework!
I tried MySpace, but I prefer Facebook. More privacy, just as addictive :weee:
