I am a counselor at a Catholic University in Scranton, PA, and I wanted to be part of soulforce to try to gather info on how to offer to LGBTQ self-identified students here on campus. Also, as a way to keep dialogue open with school personnel whom have conflicting feelings about an LGBTQ identity.

Welcome to Soulforce, Vanessa!
In just a couple of months, the Equality Ride will be visiting different religious schools and one of their goals is to get just one person on campus (like a school counselor) to participate in the "safe space" program by putting a rainbow sticker on their office door. The following is link to a picture of the sticker/poster that was created for Liberty University.

Maybe you could do something like that for your school.
