Just wanted say Hello to everyone here who takes the time for a good cause. Just recently came across this site yesterday and haven't been able to leave it. A little about me 23 moved to Vegas 6 months ago and a firm believer in equality. Just recently got out of a 3 year sexual discrimination lawsuit very stressful and draining emotionaly but well worth it equality prevealed. Came across this website while researching the "Don't Ask Don't Tell" policy to educate myself on any possible way to join the service. Still don't think I'll ever be able to join unless the US Government changes OUR policys when it comes to the Armed Forces and homosexuals. Due to my lawsuit fighting my previous employer for sexual discrimination I believe if I did slip in, they would eventually find out and I wouldn't even have to say anything, I would be gone like our tax dollars. Umm well I hold great respect for all our troops gay and straight alike and have wanted to be a part of that since freshmen year of high school, but fear always held me back. I have many friends in the service gay and straight and they leave kids unsure of their furture goals and come back adults with hope for humanity, me personally find that refreashing and they all say they love the path they have gone down. Didn't really know what to put in this so just started typing what came to mind at the moment but I could go forever. If there is anything anyone would like to know or say I'm all ears I love feedback helps give me a different perspective as well as insite on others feelings weither they be the same or differ. Thanks for your time -Nick
