For those interested in meditation, this is an interesting (and new) resource. If you are one of those gay guys- like me- who follows house/decorator matters, you will undoubtedly recognize the handsome Alistair Appleton, who has hosted more than a few British TV shows and can be found on HGTV and teaches meditation. (Leave it to the Canadians to get him first!)
