The Letter, Louisville's GLBT newspaper, lists the following in their Inclusive Faith Communities section:

Central Presbyterian Church
First Unitarian Church
Metropolitan Community Church
Progressive Pathways Fellowship
Third Lutheran Church


Jeff Street Baptist Community at Liberty is also GLBT friendly.
