I am a retired Presbyterian USA minister, living in Sun City West, AZ. I am an advocate for gay marriage and for the full inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered people in the life of the church, including holding ordained office. I am a signer of the Phoenix Affirmations, which you can find on the following website:

I'm also a great admirer of Mel White and I'm looking forward to some good discussion here. :)

RevFred! Welcome! Good to have you here. One of our own...Zerbie...is from your state. I'm sure you will meet up with her.
Your support of gay marriage and full inclusion for openly gay clergy is much appreciated.

Hello hello!
Missed your intro the day (week) it went up (I was busy writing stuff for school that week and stopped reading the forum for a while.)
Nevertheless wanted to shout out and say Hey! 'cuz we're neighbors. I live in the Phoenix metro area, and my husband and I got married in Litchfield Park.
I love the Phoenix Affirmations! Thank you for signing! I think I've met a couple of other signers as well - ya'll are terrific.
Thanks for posting. Hope you will come back and participate in the forum some more.
:)
