Güß Gott Jedermann! (Greetings in God Everyone!)
Most of you won't know me as it has been years since I marched with Soulforce. I was one of the 200 who went to Lynchberg in 1999. I now maintain a www.exexgay.org blog that is my autobiography in sizeable chunks. I am slowly writing out my Confessions so to speak.
My partner of 11 years, Pat and I live in Germany. Pat works as a contracted MFT helping soldiers and their spouses and family deal with the stresses of combat that has been so rudely foisted upon them. I work as a Field Representative for the University of Maryland, helping soldiers and their family members with their college goals. It is one of the best jobs I've had. We've been in Germany now for 12 months. This SoCal girl now knows what seasons are.
Pat and I hosted a Evangelicals Concerned support group/bible study in San Diego for years. I also maintained their website for many years. We are members of MCC San Diego and attempt to attend the annual MCC Deutche Treffen, which is in November. It is the only Christian fellowship we have at the moment.
You can read more of our German adventures at www.dancingprophet.com.
I now must brag about my daughter as well. She is 22 years and is training for the Aids bicycle trek from SF to LA. She even made a ad to raise her money. www.impulsivelycreative.com. I'm so proud of her!
I like the new Soulforce look and am an avid forum reader, so look forward to what transpires here.
