I live in Frederick County, Maryland with my partner of 12 years. I was a Southern Baptist for most of the past 27 years and was heavily involved in Regeneration, the Exodus ministry in Northern Virginia, for seven of those years. Through being in leadership there, I met my partner and made many of my current close friends who have also come to the realization that your sexual orientation doesn't change, that God created us this way. I'm attending an MCC church in Maryland and have more peace now than I've ever experienced.
