I cannot give a physical gift.
I going to shre with you some hydro therapy treatments I have learned over the yearns.
Salt scrub
1/2 cup fine sea salt
1/4-1/3 cup of lotion(st ives workes best)
1 Tbl spoon of anti bacterial liquid soap
a few drops of you favortie essential oil, (lavender and eucalyptus are good choices)
Mix all of the ingredients together, you want a thick paste-like consistancy
Work on the hands and feet, like you would a normal lotion, make sure you get inbetween your fingers and toes, work in thouroly.
Rinse with warm water(no soap)
You can double the recipe and give as a gift, the salt causes the water in the lotion to seperate when stored for long periods of time, just mix it back in before use.
Exfoliation Mask
1 tbsp unflavored yogurt
1/2 half peel, pureed cucumber.
Mix together, apply to the face, avoiding the eyes
Let dry for 20 min, rinse with warm water. best if used 2/week
