Hi friends,
I'm not new... I'm old. Or so Andrew tells me. Same picture same guy. new name. I hate being in the closet... but...better safe than sorry.

Hi Dave... er, I mean u-dog,
Do I really have to remember a new name?
Hey, you know, for people our age remembering something new can be a big deal, aren't you asking quite a bit?
Tu Amigo, Pedro... I mean Rodrigo...no... wait, let me think ... yes.., Pablo - that's it.

Hey Dave,
You finally made it to the Dog(g) pound! :applause: yeah! It's nice to have a fellow 'dog' to bark with!!
Anyway, glad you're still around. Closets aren't all that bad - sometimes...;)

I hope this decision had nothing to do with my constantly confusing you with Daniel. I would feel absolutely awful - well, pretty crappy - okay, I might give it some thought - if that were the case. I am, though, quite thankful that there is one less name beginning with "da...", since I am evidently so dyslexic.
Three things come to mind as a result of your name change:
1. Old dogs may not be able to learn new tricks, but they can learn a new name.
2. A rose is a rose by any other name.
3. I pray for your safety and anonymity. I find it incredibly sad that you have to worry about it, but I completely understand YOUR need for it given the circumstances.
God bless, you dog - oops, sorry - U-dog.
P.S. - I hope this is a precautionary measure, as opposed to being necessitated by some violation of your privacy.
P.P.S. - Did you consider U-geezer, or were you saving that for me?

Thanks so much Andy for your words of support! I think the name I'm reserving for you is "junkyard dog" but u-geezer works too!
Actually, I'm just kidding you. I know you love me.

I could quote and comment on and with everyone here but the only thing I would really change is this:
...quite thankful that there is one less name beginning with "da...", since I am evidently so dyslexic.
To this:
...quite thankful that there is one less name beginning with "da...", since I am evidently so dyxlesic.
Other than that, the whole thread’s gold.

Well.....I missed this thread. Which explains why I knew I was reading, but not seeing, who I had thought of as David for the last few days.
You can use whatever name you'd like my friend, but you will always have the same heart.
