Hi everyone,
My name is Paul. I am 18 years old and I'm a freshman in college. I am currently a music education/performance major in NY. I am also the treasurer of my college's LGBTA. I help run the meetings and take care of the financial records for the group. It's really gotten me interested in the LGBT community and what I can do for it. That's how i happened upon this website. So I was jsut wondering if there was anything I personally could do to help Soulforce. I want to make a difference.

Hi Paul,
Great to meet you! :)
What's your instrument? This site has several musicians. I sing high notes. :p
Keep sticking your nose in this activism stuff long enough and things will crop up that need activists. Glad you're around.

welcome Paul,
there are plenty of music people here. I'm an elementary music teacher. Piano was my major instrument in college, but that was a long time ago.
become part of the discussion, and soon enough you'll find opportunities to be involved in activism.

Cool!! I love the baritone voice! Kinda always wanted to BE one, but finally adjusted to the fact that I will always sing high chirping girly things. Perhaps in another life, I can be Rigoletto. :p

Welcome Paul!
Count me among the musicians! Which is more than saying one is a singer! ;) I sing with an opera company in NYC and teach. I'm a basso-cantante.
Making music is a blast! Can't think of anything better.
I think you'll find this an interesting place. And like Zerbie mentioned, you'll find ample opportunities to make a difference.

I have sung with both houses at Lincoln Center- and am celebrating my 18th season with the one founded in 1944.
