I think this is truly a wonderful message that Soulforce is trying to get out. Being a Christian I feel that when we are taught at a young age to "love thy neighbor" that includes GLBT persons. I think those who are Christian yet preach messages against GLBT persons are not really getting the message correctly. I think many fundamentalist Christians are afraid of what is unfamiliar to them so they chose to speak out against GLBT persons. What's the big deal? We are all human beings in this world and we should raise our children to be peaceful people who accept all. I hate the excuse people use about homosexuality being against God's design or that the Bible states that homosexuality is wrong. The Bible also talks of stoning women and not touching women during their "time of the month". The Bible is really meant to be left to interpretation. I believe is it a reference but not the full story. I think the rest is left up to us to create for ourselves and those around us. Preaching love and acceptance is what being a Christian is all about.:)
