I came across the following quote while reading Creating True Peace by Thich Nhat Hanh:
When you can transform the war and violence in yourself, then you can truly begin to help others find peace.
At first, I read right through it. Then I backed up and said a long, mental "Ooohhhh." :agree: The sentence started on the bottom of an odd-numbered page and finished on the top of the next, which meant I had to flip the page, so it wasn't all there in one spot to view in its totality.
Ok, I'm going to 'fess up. The worst place for me is in the car. I got cut off four times on the way home from work. And I so wanted to yell and scream and flip the bird. :smashy: :headbang: :mad: Deep breaths. Find your center, Ben.
Anyways, I have made the quote my signature, as you can see below.
