I just missed this post in the afternoon - popped by a couple times today without logging in first, then went to the kitchen.

Thought of you for a moment there, since you commented the other day about my choice of menu items. You might like to know, I highly recommend the pasta with asparagus cream sauce - it's a winner! (I really wasn't sure until we tasted it.) In the big Vegetarian Times cookbook. Yum! The soup was yummy (as it usually is,) and the berry parfaits really marinate well in organic apple juice. It almost tasted like alcohol! :p


Thanks for the Easter wishes! The church gig went nicely this morning, and I managed to spend 4 hours working on my term paper research too, before I started cooking.

Thanks for the thoughtful reply ... and I'm glad you had a nice time ... today was a nice day for me too, though your dinner sounds fancier than mine ... LOL, wink wink : )
