I might be wrong but wasn't it Karl Marx who said "It's not who votes, but how the votes are counted" ?

It's scary the tactics that are used to keep people from voting, and then once people do vote how those votes are actually tallied. It's not suprising that the US has such a bad record of voter turn out.
