*NCTE special event honors allies*

The National Center for Transgender Equality (NCTE) is holding a special event on May 14th in Washington DC:

"A celebration in honor of our allies in the movement for Transgender Equality"


Excerpt from the NCTE website:

Our emcee for the evening will be Jennifer Finney Boylan, author of She's Not There. She'll be joined by other special guests, including Jeffrey Carlson, who plays a transgender character, Zoe, on the soap opera, All My Children; Steve Stanton, who was recently fired as City Manager of Largo, Florida; and Julie Nemecek, who lost her job at Spring Arbor University in Michigan. We hope you'll be there too!
