I just was looking at some people's profiles and realized that it said her last log-in was something like 12-09-06.... anyone know anything?

She and her girlfriend moved into their own apartment a few months ago, and they do not yet have internet service. She only gets to a computer once in a while, and I don't have service at my home, so she can't even log on at my place (we live minutes from one another). I talk with her a few times a week, and we see each other often. Her and I are planning a trip to NYC pride, and we also are in the midst of trying to start up our own local activism/awareness group regarding LGBTQ issues. She hopes to be on line soon. I will let her know you were asking for her!!! Peace and love, Vanessa

I will definitely pass it on Jen. She will be happy to know that she is missed. NYC is going to be SOOOOOO fun- it is my first time at a Pride event. And I hear NYC is a great one!!!

I'm sure it is!! ...this is when I find it rather sad that I'm only 16... because I can't just get up and go with you... oh well, I'm sure you'll tell us all about it, right? :agree:

Thanks ... love ya too! Come 2010 the family will all be free... we'll be rid of this house, we'll be rid of Suquamish (both almost guarenteed), and we'll be rid of highschool.. it'll be a very happy and a very sad time all at once. :agree:
But I intend to travel!!! Just travel as long and as far as I posisbly can!
:aparty: Hooray for Mia!!

Wheeeee!!!!!!!!
You will have a great time!!! But be warned: If you go to gay pride in NYC first, it will spoil all the smaller parades for you, for life. Nothing else comes close (well, Vienna, hubby & I were in Vienna the day they had a pride parade during our honeymoon, and it seemed quite the bash.) And if you like being able to move, avoid the after-party in the Village.
That was a digression! NYC pride rocks! wasn't that Mia's first pride event last year? When I went it was like, "I had NO IDEA there were SO MANY gay people!!!!!!"
Tell Mia hello from all of us. :)

as a matter of fact, those ears are probably burning right now from all that talk. I will send all regards on. And, yes, her first time at NYC pride was last year, and this year, she will guide me through. Crowded and fun and absolutely WILD!!!!!!!! I can't wait!!:D
