Explain: I need someone to write a short announcement to churches asking their help, in the way of information tips regarding recent rapes in our neighborhood.

I want to send information for giving tips and other contact information to churches in the area to be read as announcements and placed on their bulletin boards

As maybe you can tell, I don't make points well in writing. So, please please, if someone has such a gift as is needed here please write a few lines telling the congregation to take the information and call the number if anyone knows anything that may help solve this horrible crime. You form sentences. They make sense. The only problem is that there is no information contained within the sentences that has any relevance to anything. What is this about, Bob? What crimes? What neighborhood? What gives?

Is this just some kind of deception for a lark, or is there some point to this post?
