Hello, my name is Kevin D. Guimbellot. I am a former Southern Baptist preacher born and raised in the deep south (Arkansas, and Louisiana). I now live in Eastern Maryland with my new life partner, who is also named Kevin. I know, and yes it does get confusing at times. I believe the old adage is that Love is blind. We didn't think about our name when we got together.
I was married to a woman while I was a minister, and we had three great boys. They still live with her, and are now 13, 11, and 9 years old. I want to be an active part of groups such as Soulforce for their future.

Hi Kevin,
I understand about the names. My sister in law is named Angela. She is in a different profession. We kept having folks contact me for legal services, and she would get request about Church of Thomas. We agreed that it was easier on everyone if I just used the name my Mom always called me, Angel. It has cleared up a lot of duplicate responses at family gatherings.
I grew up in New Orleans, so I am familiar with the deep South, though I will always be a Texan at heart. Are you still a Minister?
