I like very much the phrase in the first clip which says "After you correct your breathing, only then can you correct you mind." This is an exceedingly important point, one which has practical application off the cushion. Slowing down, and deepening the breathing, is very calming. It's the one thing which runs through all meditative techniques, Eastern and Western. It's taught in biofeedback too.
Watch your breathing and you can change your life.
