my daughter turned on the CD player with the Group from the 90's called The Breeders; well when the sing Cannonball came on I did air guitar and so did my little girl. Air guitar come on do people still do that? I am an old dork! oh well it was fun. So, What do people in this forum air guitar to or sing with their hair brush to?:poke:come on be truthful and if have video show it.

well now, we'll have none of that! you'll get the femme's all riled up, then the butch lesbians will get pi$$ed off, which will cause the leather men to get out their chaps and whips, then the lipstick lesbians will get catty with each other. Then poor Zerbie will have to try to start peace talks with everyone since she's the only bi person in the room at the moment!

When I was in college, my best friend and I used to sing "Elderberry Wine" by Elton John, and "Jukebox Hero" by Foreigner in hairbrushes with our air guitars and air pianos. It was fun. I don't do much air guitar anymore, but I play a mean set of air drums.....:)

I am a butch femme lesbian (in other words, confused) and I play the drums on my steering wheel or dashboard. Does that count?

C'mon Keltic! We all know you are not straight. But how many stereotypes do you fit in?

Me?

The Butch side- I have a riding lawn mower and love to mow the lawn. I have a big ass truck that I haul all kinds of stuff, from furniture to mulch, and I have half dozen tool kits and power tools! Oh there is nothing more exciting than power tools, OMG! I have changed brake pads and hauled the Pride float for my church. I know absolutely nothing about design or how to do it. (I have my gay husband for that and when that man flames, he FLAMES!!!!!!

The Femme side- I get regular manicures and pedicures with my gay husband( we're not really married, but I call him that and he calls me his lesbian lover). I love to read and write. My wife likes my nails done and manicured and she loves my toes done, too but I won't tell you why....;)

So I am confused, but I can be both, can't I?

YOu do know I was referring to the denial of playing air guitar? I just want to make sure I do not offend. Maybe you did get it and your being a silly man, so in that case never mind and lets have fun.

Sing with hair brush?

Darling, we're GAY here. We lip-synch, sweetie! (At least the boys.)

One of my favorite scenes from Longtime Companion is when the guy is cleaning house, in t-shirt, shorts and full beard, lip-synching as well as any drag queen. (I don't remember which song, unfortunately.)

I have recurring fantasies of running across a drag queen someday who lip-synchs only Bjork songs.

I know most are gay here. Gays are not any different; at least I do not think so.

is not that one does when he sings with hair brush. I use to use it as a microphone and mouth the words. -lip-sync

you can not tell me that some drag queens never practiced with a hairbrush or what not before they got into performing. When I was single I had a young drag queen roommate and she would do in all the time in front of a mirror.

This reminds me, for some reason, of having once told someone: "I don't have a drinking problem, just ask my bartender!"

Don't worry about it, they really are all just in denial. They have at some point, or so still do, play air guitar or at least sing into hair brushes... we all do at some point (unless we have a stick in an unfortunate place) they're just all to embarrassed(:o) to admit it
