I am leaving at 7am to go to the beach with my teenage kids. I will not be in the forums all week. Nate is in the midst of some lifechanges, and Jamie is finishing up his honeymoon.
I EXPECT all of you to be on your best behavior for the next 2 days (when Jamie officially returns). Be nice to each other. Leave the Pablo/dsdrane thread alone, and by all means DO NOT allow andy and u-dog to bully anyone!
btw, there IS someone from soulforce staff watching you. It's not like we're letting the inmates run the prison, so keep it on the up & up, as opposed to the downlow ;)

I am in wholesome agreement with you, but I think the punishment should be more brutal...maybe slowly peel off their toenails WITH tacts! MUAHAHA that'll teach them, those fashionless sinners...

I think we ought to actually create a constitutional amendment banning the marriage of sandal-sockers. Those people just shouldn't be allowed to procreate, and we as a society should definitely stop them from further demeaning our race! And they say they are born with it! NO! It is a choice to wear socks with sandals, and a bad and sinful one at that!
As seen in Exodus 3:5:
For the Lord said unto Moses, take of your sandals for the land on which you stand is holy ground.
Notice the good Lord said nothing of socks, because as we all know, Moses did not participate in such abhorrent abominations as sandal-socking, so the Lord had no need to state specifically the sin of sandal-socking. Those were the days, if only we could go back to the peaceful rule of the Egyptians and the wondrous wanderings in the desert, then the world would be a better place, rid of those sinful cretins, the sandal-sockers.

Interestingly, I have found it quite funny where this thread has taken us. From a post to behave to talking about "pre-marital socks":lol:. I too oppose the sandal/sock fashion statement. What I find most detestable is those that insist on wearing not only socks with sandals, but black dress socks or even worse TOE SOCKS (OMG!!!) with them. It is the scariest sight I have ever seen. Each year there are hundreds of thousands of children visually abused by these people at the beach, in the malls, on the streets. This must stop. Please, we must keep our children safe from these people. How many more children needlessly must be traumatized by these type of people.
Please help. If you would like to fight this evil that is being perpetrated against our children please join me by sending money to my paypal account. I will be sure it is used....

we sat on a bench on the boardwalk tonight, playing a few "games." One was "who bought new shoes to go on vacation?" so we looked for the newest, whitest, athletic shoes on people (mostly men.) we also played "who won't be here next year?" in which we look for the feeblest people on the boardwalk. we also played "who is trying to overcompensate for a small penis?" which was a lot of fun because we were seated across from the arcade where men would try the boxing bag or sledgehammer games to show off for whoever.
we also had a lot of comments about the socks and sandals issue. Not only did we have to make fun of people wearing socks with sandals, but we also noticed that way too many people wear sandals only at the beach, so they have this strange tanline that stops at or just above their ankles. Listen, if you're going to the beach, either go barefoot a couple of times and get rid of that tanline, or don't wear sandals at the beach. I mean, what's wrong with putting the socks and sneakers on to hide the weird tanline?
