I am apart of a social justice team that is for GLBT full inclusion in the church. We have to come up with a mission statement that is somewhat broad that make GLBT people feel welcomed and other people understand our cause of aceptance. Can anyone help with suggestions?

How about:

"God loves people you can't stand.... Deal with it!"

I see where that is gratifying but it also sounds like it would polarize people.

I would like to see the statement that speaks an ideal.

God loves all his children of all natures and gender expressions as we are all his creations. He shares in the joy in all expressions of love, gay or straight.

I like my church's: "Come as you are: You'll be loved." While they are not exactly "inclusive", they are way more tolerant than all the other churches. I love the vineyard.
