NO pix but Polly and I took a beautiful 10 mile bike ride on the Bike trail that goes through the middle of our city. Stopped halfway through and ate lunch at a trail side burger joint. We also went to the gym this morning. We had a great time AND get to feel virtuous.

Happy 4th to all my SF friend!!

We are hangin' at the house (pets are terrified of fireworks so we can't leave them alone OR have our own fireworks). Having a BBQ, a little swim in our teensy pool, getting ready for my upcoming horseshow (10 days in Reno), and doing some business stuff.
