SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (September 14, 2007) – Today in Portland, Indiana, POET hosted a grand opening ceremony for their 21st ethanol production facility. With the additional 65 million gallons of production coming online, POET becomes the largest producer of ethanol in the world. Portland is the first POET plant in the state of Indiana, with two additional plants currently under construction.

My wife sang the National Anthem to a crowd of about 2,500 to 3,000 plus the radio audience.
She was perfect!

Singing the National Anthem... thats one way to get a standing ovation I guess. Congrats to your wife!! (you must have been SOOO proud! and if you're like me... a nervous wreck)
