Very interesting site... this organization was formed in December, and I'm surprised on how cool it looks so far; I hope to see some more media coverage and information linked to this site, it may just prove positive for conservative organized religions...

Thanks, schoolboi for that info. I checked it out and really like the look of the website and the attitude of those presenting it. All of the audio exerpts were nice and supportive and real stories of change of attitude. I also got the contact info for United Methodist Affirm, which seems to be based about an hour from where I live, which is really great. Have a great one, Peace, Vanessa

To me it is no less than an act of God that straight Christians are beginning to come out of their closets, so to speak, and take a stand for what the Holy Spirit has shown them to be true-that GLBT people should have full rights in both the church and in society. We need to pray for God to give them courage and strength as they take this step because many are having to count the cost for their stand. Amen and hallelujah.:)

Lydia,
Loved the quote and just want to add, with only 6 admonishments in the Bible that most use to slam us with, I would say that we need to be loud about the things God was loud about and shut up about the things that weren't very important to him. :)
