Hello everyone - I've just joined this forum. I'm straight, 3 kids, 5 grandchildren. Have been a GLBT supporter since day one. I have never felt it's somebody else's issue. If we're not acting like one caring human family, then there is something wrong. I have lots of family and friends GLBT, but that's not the only reason I'm a supporter. I just think it's the right thing to do, like a native American reasoning I think. Everyone is part of the whole. If a person is mistreated, then part of me, as the whole, is mistreated. - Sharon from Salem
