Book suggestions?

Does anyone know of any books on addiction or addictive behavior written from a spiritual approach? I'm looking for recommendations that include spiritual as well as physical healing, if such a thing exists. Please excuse me if I have to be somewhat enigmatic about this request.

Try Gerald G. May's Addiction and Grace. I'm also fond of Logotherapy: New Help for Problem Drinkers by James C. Crumbaugh - Logotherapy is an implicitly, if not explicitly, spiritual approach.

Naturally, all of the 12-Step model books also have a spiritual bent to one degree or another.
