It's great to have just seen the "Bible" film here and found this group!
The recent ordination of a young cousin as a very liberal ELCA minister
in the Midwest gives me hope, as a special prayer was offered
during the service for his "GLBT bretheran unfairly deprived of ordination,"
in the supportive presence of numerous senior pastors.

Well, welcome to our humble (and sometimes not so humble) forums. Hey, now, you say you live in San Francisco, where they actually treat gay people like real people? :rainbow: And I'm stuck here in Frozen-apolis? :eek:

I think I take all of that back. You can't use my name, at least not until you can figure out how to bring some of that warmth, and maybe a bit of the Castro up here. :confused:
