Update

I didn't want to take over Paul's thread so I am posting an update here. Thanks for asking Zebie. It was a long ordeal but my brother is finally home and he is doing well. His kidneys are functioning once again and I could not be happier. They sent him home and I learned to administer IV antibiotics for awhile and I have learned new and approved ways of dealing with bed sores. His kidneys are now both enlarged but they are functioning which is the main point. I am confident that I am still going to have him around for awhile. When they released him from the hospital he told them the reason he made it was because "the devil was afraid that he would take over and God doesn't do ugly." I assured him that God would have made an exception in his case. Thank all of you who prayed and remembered us in your thoughts.
