Awesome!
No, I was too busy admiring the gorgeousness of this new teddy, and wishing I could hug him 3D. Birthday cake, how terrific!
Man, I wish we all lived closer so we could have a party.
And now I want that bear!

It was amazing!
I had the best birthday ever! I have the best friends in the world. :love::love::love:
My teacher & her hubby gave me a really beautiful card. Hubby sent me a huge vase of flowers. Someone on this forum sent me a towering stack of, like, ten boxes of gourmet foods (including baklava and fresh pears!), a friend took me out for lunch and gave me a bag full of presents, my parents mailed me presents, then hubby took me to a romantic dinner at a beautiful resort hotel.
It was totally a dream birthday. :):love:

I hope you had a great birthday,sorry I didn't do this sooner, wasn't exactly in a cheery state at the time. Had alot on my mind. And I didn't want to sound insincere as in cheery when I wasn't at the time.LOL:) I've turned 47 near the end of Oct, and nooooooooooooooooooooooo I'm not old. I decided to let the grey hair and quit fussing about it used to dye was a losing battle.You sure have alot of vitality and enthusiasm and optimism for your age, I think that is why everyone on this forum loves you.

Thanks ya'll for the great birthday smilies. :D A friend treated me to lunch today too - so all in all, this has just been the bestest week. :D
:weee::aparty:
Sherrie: my plushies thank you for the birthday wishes, since several of them share birthdays with me (for reasons which should be obvious.) Anyway, they say HI to your plushies. :wave:

My plushies are happy to hear from yours, and they say hello back! : )
And just as an aside ...
This reminds me that I've been meaning to ask you about the following ... awhile back you posted about a new plush family member ... and there was some kind of reference to your instantly knowing the names or characteristics of your plushies ... and that same type of thing has happened for me too on occasion ...
So I've been wondering ... how is it that we sometimes instantly know the gender of our plushies? What determines that? Your gender discussion from awhile back was one of the most interesting we've had here ... so I couldn't help but wonder about this in terms of that discussion too ...
LOL, I know it's comical to consider a serious discussion about the gender identity of plush animals ... but this consideration might say something about how we inately just sense these things about ourselves and others ... ???
Anyway, just a thought ... just for fun ... or maybe to be added in to one of our upcoming general discussions about gender ... perhaps in another thread for another day sometime ... : )

Ohhh, bwahaha!!! I know exactly what you mean!!!
:lol::lol::lol::lol:
Well, at the risk of appearing clinically insane, I guess I'll start a new thread for that topic. OH my. . . . :lol::lol::lol::p
