So today is perhaps one of the biggest days at my work of the year and I can't seem to sleep to get ready for it. All of the store managers and the district manager are coming to my store today at 12 o clock and I'm going to be the LOD, or leader on deck, which baisicly means that my boss, my bosses boss, and my bosses bosses boss will be watching my every move. I've got to be at work by 6, and I can't sleep. Does this ever happen to anyone else? I went to bed early so I would make sure I got plenty of sleep and now I've just been awake since 12:30 and its now almost 2. Goodness... thanks for listening. :eek:

Well you are at work as I write this but I said a little prayer for you. This happens to most people, (anxiety). Hope you had a great day!

As I write this its ... 7:34 your time and you are in the thick of it. Do you remember getting a little "boost" about 7:34? because thats when I sent up an armful of prayer about you. Of course, God is eternal and lives outside of time, so he has been hearing my prayers since ... well...since forever.

K so totally weird... The store opened officially at 8 and about 7 thirty I was half way done with my before store duties and a little freaking out, but I calmed down and got it all done... Thanks U-Dog!

I also got an award for delivering the best guest experience in the store, which is fantastic! Whoo hoo! I love it when its worth it.
