I'm highly offended if that's the case. First off, neither of us may be considered ultra cute, but I sure as hell am not going to date someone based on physique alone; even if you are cute, it's not going to be that way forever. FURTHERMORE, you don't really know what we've been through OR what he's like as a person, and I'm extremely offended if you're telling me, based off of a picture you may have seen, that I'm settling and should really get another boyfriend because mine is not good enough. I actually doubt if I could find someone who is better for me (as he believes off me for himself as well), although I'm sure we could both find someone who is cuter than either of us. However, I'd rather stay with someone I love, know I can weather difficult times with, am compatible with, share many of the same as well as different interests with, is of a high academic standing as myself, can cook, is a thoughtful and amazing person, etc., etc. (see where I'm going?) than to date someone based on looks alone. I certainly would feel bad if I had to look my best for every person I meet and in every picture I had taken of me.

If this is wrong and I've misunderstood you, then sorry ^_^. Otherwise, I feel rather justified in my defense of my boyfriend and myself.

Sorry, you were making this to easy for me. Even though I guess if we're the only one's using this thread the joke is pretty much waisted.

I kept saying something better would come along... because you said the tree was your boyfriend. So by saying something better would come along, I was saying you could get a human guy. Then by saying something bigger, the connection was small tree, small..you know. With that part you would want bigger either way... bigger guy or literally a bigger tree.

I think you're mistaken. I've gone over my opening statement, and I'm pretty sure I didn't call my boyfriend the tree.
