I am disgusted by what Joe Horn did. There was no justification for killing those two men, period. Even though it was clearly wrong for them to steal, mercy should have been shown to these two men, and it was purposefully denied by Joe Horn. If they had been coming at him with a weapon and he had to shoot them as a last resort, that would be one thing, but this was clearly unnecessary and intentional. Frankly, I hope that he goes to jail at least 8 years, if not the full 25 to life sentence that second degree homicide normally carries per victim. I'm sorry if you live in Texas, but this state has some serious problems with its laws, which seem designed to create excuses for eliminating burdensome individuals.
