SANTAS working in shopping centres across Australia have been banned from bellowing "ho ho ho" because it might frighten children.
Thank God someone has finally decided to address the issue of HO, HO's.
Often I have thought Santa was just to abrasive with his bellowing hoes and it is no wonder children are frightened of him. Reminds me of a little poem I wrote about it ...ahem...
When I was a child
At Christmas time you know
I always was quit frightened,
By Santa's Ho Ho Ho.
I went to family reunions
I loved the food and drink
I asked my family members,
Of Santa what they did think?
My cousin little Billy,
He shivered and he shook
"Santa's breaking in our house?
I think he is a crook!"
Then I talked to Debbie,
More naughty than she was nice
"That fat old man called me a ho
and for him I did free twice!"
So wouldn't a nicer Santa
Be better for us all?
No breaking in your homes
No name calling in the mall?
How about a little Ha, Ha, Ha
A quiet gentle sound
One that won't offend sluts or whores
If they happen to be around.
