We only joined them for one day... and it was EXHAUSTING! I didn't realize how difficult such a trip would be for these young people... and it's a LONG trip... two or three months, isn't it?

They could really use your prayers AND your encouragement. If they are coming to your region, try and do something fun/relaxing for them!
