I'm no opera fan. That being said, however, you don't have to smack me upside the head to get me to recognize a beautiful voice. So, all I have to say is HOLY COW, ZERBIE, THAT WAS INCREDIBLE.

Hmmm, I'm lousy with technology, but I think yes you do need one of those programs to run the clip. If I remember correctly, it played on QuickTime last time I ran the clip on this computer. Browsing with Safari. Don't know what might work for you.
