Just have to brag about how much snow we have gotten and how cold it has been. After years of drought and warm winters here in Colorado we have had a real winter.

It's been down to -25 degrees here in Creede. Alamosa, the "big" city where we all go to shop, has been down to -35. It has been the coldest spot in the nation several times. Can anybody else here beat that for cold?

I feel sorry for all you poor souls in Arizona, Southern California and Florida. Just think of all you are missing. I will attach some pictures from my snowshoe hikes this week. Turn down the thermostat as you view them to get the best effect

We already determined that I was the highest person on the forums (at just a few feet shy of 9000 feet altitude). Now I think I may also be the coolest  I like being the cool top dog!

Pablo, we all knew you were one cool dude. The photo is breathtakingly beautiful ... and I'm not saying which one.
