Post your tab, comments, or stories here! Anything goes as long as it's about guitar...

This is supposed to be the tab for the riff from Iron Man:

e---------------------------------------------------------
b---------------------------------------------------------
g---------------------------------------------------------
d---------------------------------------------------------
a--2--5--5/7--7--10/9-10/9-10/9--5--5/7--7---------(repeat)
e--0--3--3/5--5----8/7--8/7---8/7-3--3/5--5---------(repeat)

Has he lost his mind?
Can he see or is he blind?
Can he walk at all,
Or if he moves will he fall?
Is he alive or dead?
Has he thoughts within his head?
Well just pass him there
Why should we even care?

He was turned to steel
In the great magnetic field
Where he traveled time
For the future of mankind

Nobody wants him
He just stares at the world
Planning his vengeance
That he will soon unfold

Now the time is here
For iron man to spread fear
Vengeance from the grave
Kills the people he once saved

Nobody wants him
They just turn their heads
Nobody helps him
Now he has his revenge

Heavy boots of lead
Fills his victims full of dread
Running as fast as they can
Iron man lives again!

Just make sure you turn on the distortion or use the overdrive,clean/lead switch,or whatever it's called on the amp.

So is this bit music? Like can you look at this and play a song? I know nothing about guitars, piano player here, but that is awesome if that is notes.

Yes i'm able to play it, and i'm getting a Marshall fullstack, Because it doesn't sound right with a 8" speaker, while the Marshall has a 10" speaker.

And a 10" speaker is what is usually regarded as a "Real" speaker.

I'm just a bar chord strummer with an '84 Fender Strat and a Crate VTX 65 amp. It's no Marshall stack but it's enough to irritate the neighbors.:D

Well i heard that Marshall's rawk!

And yes i do think that the greats were Mozart and the legendary poet and singer Jim Morrison.

And i feel that MTV destroyed Rock N Roll by introducing people to cRap.

so, its pretty stereotypical... but i love playing indigo girls songs! their music is pretty in-depth, music theory speaking and lyrically speaking as well. it's pretty good for the adequately adept guitarist... not much of a challenge for the expert, and probably a little too much for the beginner, but they seem to be just enough for the average guitarist.
