There's always one thing that bothers me,

My father. I refuse to use the word "hate", I think it's to strong, but he can make life hard. My sister and I each have to write him a letter, clearly stating why we don't want to see him... and give it to the therapist for her to give to him.

So far my outline is almost two full pages, I find it completely unfair that we're even having to deal with this, these shouldn't be things that you have to go through because your father won't stop when asked.

Just send love... this whole topic puts me in a pretty bad place, hopefully I'll get to escape this afternoon and see a movie of something, but that's only a temporary solution.:o

The therapist told my mom that a letter is what needed to happen, especially since we said there was no way we were going back to her, she said that would give her something really good to work with. (we were really made at the therapist because she was part of making the decision to not invite us to my father's wedding, he was still supposed to tell us about it, but I feel she's largely to blame for that situation)

I'm hoping that once the letters are done that life will go back to normal.
