Howdy y'all! Reverend Carlos here! First time on the forum. I watched the YouTube Marriage Equality Civil Disobedience in Denver video and I was inspired to come here. I've always been a supporter of the GLBT community, which in part was why I became a minister. Well...that's pretty much me!
Have a nice day!

Welcome, Carlos! Thanks for checking out the forum. There are a lot of great people here - including some other ministers. I take it you identify as a straight ally? Cool. There are a few of those hanging around here, and we all love them.

 That can happen?! That's amazing. Hey, y'know, that's really great!
Thank you for being here. :):)

I'm not really sure how I would identify my sexuality. In my teen years I always identified as asexual, but told a few of my closest friends that attracted to other men. But, it's like they always say, "labels are for clothing.":D

I hear ya. I had a great deal of woes figuring out where my label was. Apparently it changes with the seasons. So I accept that I'm bisexual, but I don't usually think about it or try to label. Fact is, I try to evade being labeled. :p

We have been steadily growing in terms of the number of persons who are ministers in various churches, and it is a welcome presence here. I appreciate your reluctance to not self-label; enjoy your stay here! Peace, Vanessa

Welcome RevCarlos. I understand what you are saying about labels. They don't always tell the full story of ourselves. As a transgender person, I experience this every day but i'm happy and content. Keep posting often.

Welcome RevCarlos!
Great to have you here and to know of your support! Fabulous! (I can say that because it's GayPride Weekend here in NYC!) Everyone gets a little gay around here, even the straight people. :D Parades are fun.
Wish you could be here to share in the celebration: speaking of which, a number of us are meeting in NYC for a Forum in 3D gathering tomorrow (Saturday June 28th). Hopefully, there will be others in the future- and you are most welcome to attend.
Peace and blessing from NYC.
