I'd like to start by saying "hi!" to everyone. I've kind of been absent recently, just totally overworked at school and Sears, and I've been cast in my high school play... so I'm dead by the time I make it home at night. BUT! Here I am, alive and well, and able to take a few minutes to drop in.
I'm not really sure how everything is going to work out on this one, it feels like the blind leading the blind, but I have started dating an amazing girl. We met three years ago in gym class, and haven't really been around each other too much since then because our schedules never matched, but we've managed to keep in contact with one another. She and I are both in the play, Young Frankenstein (and for those who know the show, I've been cast as Frau Blucher), and we both just a few weeks ago discovered that, as she put it, we "aren't straight." Things have progressed since then, and, though we have to keep is discreet because of my parents and rules against theater romance, we are now girlfriends. I'm really excited, and very happy to finally be with someone I care about, and who cares about me. There are definite nerves regarding my parents finding out, but I turn 18 at the end of the month, and start college in the Fall. If things work out and we're still together mom and dad won't have too much say in what happens then.
For a change I post about good news... ^_^
