Well, hmmm, what to start with. I'm 19 years young, and enjoying my life. I'm a full time cook at a local Carl's Jr restaurant, I WILL someday acquire my dream job of being a movie director and videogame designer. On my spare time, if I'm not downtown with my friends, you can find my nose in a book (preferably non-fiction), watching the Sci-Fi, Discovery, or the History channel, writing a story (science fiction and/or fantasy), drawing anime, or writing and composing my own music. Another one of my dreams is to either be the lead singer and/or keyboard player in a symphonic metal band.
Yeah, that's right, I'm a 100% metal-head. It's what I love to listen to. As long as it melodic, fast, and heavy (big emphasis on melodic), I will love it. My favorite band is In Flames with a tie with Dead by April. Other bands that I hold very dear to my heart are Nightwish, Scar Symmetry, Dark Tranquility, Psyclon Nine, Deathstars, Judas Priest, and Zonaria.
I am also a very spiritual person with an ever growing bond with my personal Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He has been the one who has gotten me through most of the crap in my life, and He's always held out a helping hand for me, even when I didn't want it. He's helped me come to terms with my homosexuality, and helped heal the strain it put on me and my highly Conservative family. I love the life that He gave me, and I can't wait for the day when I can share it with my soul-mate, whomever he may be.
