Hello my name is reallytruly. I am bi and out to some, currently in a relationship with a woman and very interested in Christ and seek to follow Him all of my days. I have had some difficulties with the church (duh!) and still questioning many aspects of my faith and many aspects of my sexuality. all of this can make a kind of bumpy journey. It has changed me and I never would have chosen it for myself. It actually surprises me a great deal to see where I am at---coming from an evangelical background and heading into deep questioning of faith as a teenager and then having a very spiritual conversion experience with Christ and giving up my whole life to Him...then to see my sexual issues come up again 7 years laterr. It was all quite a shock. Anyway, I am very interested in learning from others in this group. Thank you!

Hi Really! Welcome. :D:rainbow:
(Omigosh, what can we call you for short? RT?)
Anyway, you've found a wonderful place - the people who hang out here are amazing people. Brave, intelligent, incredibly loving. I hope you will hang out here and get to know/become part of the gang.
Feel free to bounce your thoughts and questions off of the group. We tend to have many varying takes on things, which is good for getting a sense of the many ways of experiencing the world and one's self, sexuality and spirituality especially.
Glad you're here.

Welcome to Soulforce, really truly. I went through the same thing 3 years upon discovering that I am transgender. I was in my mid fifties! I have embraced my faith and gender expression. I have been at peace :dove: ever since. Feel free to post often because you are loved here.

Welcome RTruly. There are many supportive people here, and many bi people also. There are many of us whom have struggled with our place at the Gods/Goddesses table where we can worship. I hope you find what you are looking for here.

You are in a great place here on the forums. Not only are the people here kind and compassion, supportive and encouraging, but many of us have gone through similar experiences as you. I was raised A of G, although I never bought into all the church's doctrines. It took many many years for me to come out to myself, accept myself and truly love myself for who I am. It sounds like you are on your way!
Please stay around, read through the forums and share. I think there are so many discussions that have happened that would be so helpful and uplifting for you, and even more so to come! :D:love:
