California Wildfires

Nature or the Wrath of God?
Living in Northern California, my husband and I have just been waiting to hear that these natural wildfires are actually Gods attempt to punish California for allowing same sex marriages. Sure enough we came across such a site. I won't include the link, as it contains the usual hatred, ignorance and bigotry towards us. The reason I even mention it is because of the outstanding support from all but two of the people. I was overwhelmed to read the sane replies to a most insane individual. We actually doubled over laughing reading some of the very witty retorts.
Perhaps, as a whole, people are finally seeing how ridiculous some of these religious zealots actually are.

I just finished reading up on my Sac Bee today. I've been wondering where all the letters are blaming the wildfires in CA on 'gay marriage'. Sure enough, today finally saw one letter, insinuating the wildfires are God's judgment, just as he burned Sodom now he is burning California.

Never mind this state is prone to periods of drought and we have wildfires every year. Last year was one of the worst, and same sex marriage wasn't legal then. Must have been the prelude...:lol:

So, if the wildfires are caused by gay marriage, what are the floods and tornadoes in the midwest caused by?

Well T, dontcha know? It's all the gay people in the Midwest! C'mon. and I
guess the tsunami hitting Thailand in 2004 was God punished the wonderful, talented Nate Berkus by killing not only his partner, but thousands of others. What idiotic logic is that?

Don't forget the gayse prices...I am sure us gay folk are responsible for that also. I am sure we had something to do with the tomato plague also...afterall, aren't tomatoes a fruit. I am sure this kind of logic could go on and on.
