I need computer help...

Does anyone know how to add/remove programs from a MAC? And also just how to clean up the computer as a whole... I only know how to do these things on a PC.

Personally, It has been a long time since I have used a MAC, however, when I googled how to add and remove programs from MAC. I found a lot of information on youtube. You might look at a few of these and find out what is best for you.
