About a year or two ago, I can't remember which, Soul Force visited my college and after a very brief stay left me with a number of unanswered and somewhat nagging questions. So I figured that rather than asking the same questions of the same people, to little effect, that it would be best to go to the source and maybe surf around and chat here.

Anyway, I guess this is my rather formal way of saying "hello" and "it's nice to meet all of you".

Your coming here with curiosity and questions is an example of how, with experience and courage to understand, you are doing your part to make the world a kinder place.

What the worrld needs most is more love!
We already have too much greed, ignorance, fear, hate, and mistrust.

It takes courage to love sometimes. Courage that acknowleging that people different from you may not be what others told you they were, that love is within every human.

I bow to your courage!

A definite welcome. I would only caution you in your search for "the source" that these forums and the individual members on them aren't always directly connected to Soulforce. Some folks are (and if I recall correctly, they have a nifty little tag under their username) but many of us have just found our way here in similar ways to how you found yours. Personally, I liked it so I stuck around. ;)
Worst case, if you have a burning question that needs an official response, there's usually someone who can point you at the appropriate contact info for the right person.

Hello, Talk. Welcome. :)

Thank you for taking the initiative to 'meet' some new people. One caveat: you are extremely unlikely to get any 'official' opinions coming from this forum. We are a bunch of random people who found this site, often by accident, liked it, and as Alecto did, we stuck around. Very few of us have any official connection to Soulforce. A handful of us have volunteered now and then in a Soulforce action.

You are free to ask your questions here, as long as you avoid hurting or shaming people for who they are (gay or transgender.)

Again, welcome. Thank you for introducing yourself.

Hello and welcome. Hope you participate in the forums here and enjoy the conversation. Zerbie is right, you won't probably get a consensious opinion here, just our own personal answers!

Welcome to Soulforce. I found out about the site after attending a Soulforce meeting. I liked it and signed on. I am a transgender individual and not directly connected to Soulforce. I love the work they do on behalf of LGBT people.

You're here to talk but you don't say much. Tell us a few things about yourself. What brought you here? Meanwhile, a warm welcome to you!
