I came out a couple of years ago to a friend who I spent nearly 4 years in the military along side. He moved on and has a wife and 2 kids. I was the best man at his wedding. When I came out to him, he became silent and distant. I found out later that he had felt betrayed because I didn't "trust" him with a very important part of my life. Because of the silence and assumptions we drifted apart. I sent him an email about a month ago and yesterday he sent me this powerpoint that I would like to share with everyone at Soulforce. Enjoy and take life to heart. If it touches someone's heart along the way, you have lived.
Sincerely,
Bill
