Thanks Jen! Really good article. Spot on assessment of where we are and how things went down. I agree with the writer: gay democrats really did give Obama a pass. His mixed message, being opposed to gay marriage and Prop 8, did us no good.

The California high court will review legal challenges to Prop. 8. A hearing is set for March. Prior to a ruling, gay weddings will not be allowed to resume.
